Eg: Saku Koivu who was a 21st pick overall in 1993 but was 3rd
in points.

For a player who was one of the best picks in the first round.
Eg: Michel Goulet who was a 20th overall pick in 1979 but was
2nd in goals.
+3 POINTS
For a player who was by far the best 1st round pick that year.
Eg: Mike Bossy who was a 15th overall pick in 1977 but was the
most dominant player.

Given for a player who has played at least 500 games (or on his way to 500) or has decent
numbers under 500 games or was a consistent player with about 3 years experience.
