Why GMNHL?
The purpose of this website is to rate the performance of all NHL General Managers from 1970-2020, focusing on drafted players, which is Part 1.
My goal is to enlighten the regular and hard core fan, with interesting information such as: who were the best GM draft picks ever ? Which GMs had the best draft years ? What draft years produced the most talent ? etc., etc. And finally, fascinating information on names, numbers, and coincidental occurrences from the 11,598 drafted players since 1970.
